Out Sick
So after more than a month of little to no sleep (when there is a lot going on, I see a lot more of 3am than I would like), an agenda that isn't really human (hence having to wake up at 3am to get things done), and putting my whole heart into the weddings on the weekends - my body officially crashed yesterday at about 7pm. I could feel it coming. The crash. The full body rejection. It waited until I could finally sit down, and then just collapsed. Today I feel like a mac truck hit me - achy all over, congested like no other, and the brain capacity of a flea. But I did it. I managed to get it all done, and now I have this beautiful thing called down time ahead of me - where I can heal my worn out self, hang out with Mr. C and our little dog too, see our friends again and hang out with my family. Those things that I love so much - it's all on my horizon now. So I am going to recharge, get healthy, and enjoy all those little things that I love so much. Thank you for being so patient with me lately. You guys are seriously the best.

Get well, drink tea, eat hummus and chicken soup, have your feet rubbed, I hope deleting things from your DVR is the most cerebral thing you do while you get stronger.

Take a leaf out of Otto's book and see nothing wrong in having a snooze in the middle of the day :)
Don't make me come over there young lady. You better be in that bed right now with an Otto in one arm and a Mr. C in the other!
